Overview

CAT24M01 は、EEPROM シリアル 1-Mb I2C デバイスで、内部的には 131,072 ワード (1 ワードあたり 8 ビット) で編成されています。256 バイトのページ書き込みバッファを備え、Standard (100 kHz)、Fast (400 kHz)、および Fast-Plus (1 MHz) の I2C プロトコルをサポートします。書き込み動作を禁止するには、WP ピンを High にします (これでメモリ全体が保護されます)。外部アドレス・ピンにより、最大 8 個の CAT24M01 デバイスを同じバスにアドレスできます。オンチップ ECC (Error Correction Code) により、高信頼性アプリケーションに適しています。
