Overview

CAT93C46R は、1-Kb マイクロワイヤ・シリアル EEPROM メモリ・デバイスで、ORG ピンの状態により、16 ビットのレジスタ 64 個または 8 ビットのレジスタ 128 個のいずれかに構成されます。CAT93C46R には、オートクリア機能を備えた順次読み込みと自己タイミング型の内部書き込み機能があります。オンチップ・パワーオン・リセット回路は、誤った状態での起動から、内部ロジックを保護します。CAT93C46 とは対照的に、CAT93C46R は、内部命令クロック・カウンタを備え、書き込み/消去コマンドのノイズ耐性を向上させています。
