Overview

LB11651 は、順方向と逆方向の切り替えをサポートするフルブリッジ・ドライバです。アプリケーション制御下の 4 つのモードとして、フォワード・モード、リバース・モード、ブレーキ・モード、オープン・モードのいずれかで動作します。また、外部信号からの直接 PWM 制御もサポートしています。LB11651 は、ブラシ DC モータとバイポーラ・ステッピング・モータの駆動に最適です。

  • 上下ダイオード内蔵
  • 同時ON 防止機能(貫通電流防止)
  • サーマルシャットダウン回路内蔵(ラッチ式)
  • 上下短絡保護機能(過電流保護ラッチ式)
