Overview

MC14060B は 14 ステージのバイナリ・リップル・カウンターで、オンチップ発振器バッファが付いています。発振器の構成により RC または水晶発振器回路のどちらかの設計が可能です。また、このチップにはすべての出力をゼロ状態にして発振器を無効化するリセット機能も含まれます。クロックの負の遷移で次の状態にカウンタを進めます。入力ラインのシュミット・トリガ・アクションは入力の昇降時間を非常に遅くすることができます。アプリケーションには時間遅延回路、カウンタ制御、および分周回路も含まれます。

  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 V to 18 V
  • Capable of Driving Two Lowpower TTL Loads or One Lowpower Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Buffered Outputs Available from Stages 4 Through 10 and 12 Through 14
  • Common Reset Line
  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
