Overview

高性能シリコン・ゲート CMOS MC74HC244A のピンアウトは LS244 と同等です。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。このオクタル非反転バッファ／ラインドライバ／ラインレシーバは、3 ステート・メモリ・アドレス・ドライバ、クロック・ドライバ、その他のバス指向システムと使用するように設計されています。このデバイスは、非反転出力と 2 つのアクティブロー出力イネーブルを備えています。HC244A は HC240A および HC241A と機能的に似ています。
