Overview

高性能シリコン・ゲート CMOS。MC74HC245A のピンアウトは LS245 と同等です。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。HC245A は、データ・バス間の 2 方向非同期通信に使用される 3 ステート非反転トランシーバです。デバイスには、アクティブ LOW の出力イネーブル・ピンがあり、I/O ポートを高インピーダンス状態にするために使用されます。方向制御は、データが A から B に流れるか、B から A に流れるかを決定します。

  • Output Drive Capability: 15 LSTTL Loads
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2 to 6 V
  • Low Input Current: 1 mA
  • High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 308 FETs or 77 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
