Overview

MC74LCX139 は、2.3 ～ 3.6 V 電源で動作する高性能、2-of-4 デコーダ／デマルチプレクサです。高インピーダンス TTL 対応入力は入力ドライバに負荷がかかる電流を著しく低減し、TTL 対応出力はスイッチング・ノイズ性能を向上させます。5.5 V の VI 仕様により MC74LCX139 入力を 5 V デバイスで安全に駆動することができます。MC74LCX139 は、メモリ・アドレスのデコードやその他の TTL レベル・バス指向のアプリケーションに適しています。MC74LCX139 高速 2-of-4 デコーダ／デマルチプレクサは、2 つのバイナリ重み付け入力 (A0、A1) を受け付け、有効化されると、4 つの相互排他的アクティブ LOW 出力を提供します。LCX139 はアクティブ LOW ENABLE 出力が特長です。En が HIGH にならない限り、En は LOW です。LCX139 は、アクティブ LOW イネーブル入力の 1 つをデータ入力として、他のイネーブル出力をストローブとして使用すると、8 出力デマルチプレクサとして使用できます。使用されないイネーブル入力は、永続的にグランドに接続されていなければなりません。電流駆動能力は出力で 24 mA です。
