Overview

MC74VHC138 は、シリコン・ゲート CMOS 技術で製造された先進の高速 CMOS 3-to-8 デコーダです。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。デバイスが有効化されると、3 つのバイナリ選択入力 (A0 ～ A2) で、どの出力 (Y0 ～ Y7) を LOW にするかを決定します。イネーブル入力 E3 が Low にホールドされるか、E2bar と E1bar のいずれかが HIGH にホールドされると、デコーディング機能は禁止され、すべての出力が HIGH になります。E3、E2bar、E1bar 入力は、カスケード接続をしやすくし、かつメモリ・システムのアドレス・デコーダとして使用するためにあります。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V までの電圧に耐え、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • High Speed: tPD = 5.7ns (Typ) at VCC = 5V
  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 4mA (Max) at TA = 25°C
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 0.8 V (Max)
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000V; Machine Model > 200V
  • Chip Complexity: 122 FETs or 30.5 Equivalent Gates
