NBA3N200S は、車載アプリケーション向け 3.3 V 電源差動マルチポイント低電圧 (M-LVDS) ラインドライバおよびレシーバです。 NBA3N200S は 0.0 V でタイプ 1 レシーバ閾値を提供します。NBA3N200S は、コモンモード電圧範囲 -1 V ～ 3.4 V で差動入力電圧わずか 50 mV のバス状態を検出するタイプ 1 レシーバを持ちます。タイプ 1 レシーバのしきい値はほぼゼロ (±50 mV) で、ゆっくりと変化する信号や入力損失に伴う出力発振を防ぐため、25 mV の差動入力電圧ヒステリシスを示します。NBA3N200S は単方向バス構成または半二重バス構成をサポートします。
