Overview

NCP3334 は、高性能、低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア電圧レギュレータです。活線/負荷全体で +/- 0.9％ の精度と、超低静止電流およびノイズにより、今日の家電製品に必要なすべての必要な機能を網羅します。この独自のデバイスは、最小負荷電流要件なしでも安定し、1.0 µF ほどの任意の種類の小型コンデンサでも安定することが保証されています。NCP3334 は逆バイアス保護を提供します。
