Overview

この過電圧保護回路 (OVP) NCP345 は、外部 P チャネル FET と併用する際に、センシティブな電子回路を過電圧過渡および電源障害から保護します。デバイスは、損傷が起こらないように、過電圧状態を感知すると直ちに入力電圧電源の接続を負荷から切断するように設計されています。OVP は、高精度の電圧リファレンス、ヒステリシスを搭載したコンパレータ、制御ロジック、および MOSFET ゲート・ドライバで構成されています。OVP は堅牢な BiCMOS プロセスで設計されていて、最大 30 V の電圧過渡に耐えられます。このデバイスは、製品に給電したり、内部バッテリに再充電したりする外部 AC/DC アダプタまたはカー・アクセサリ充電器を有するアプリケーション向けに最適化されています。公称過電圧閾値は 6.85 V なので、シングルセル・リチウムイオン・アプリケーションと、3/4 セル NiCD/NiMH アプリケーションに適しています。
