Overview

過電圧保護回路（OVP）NCP346は、外部PチャネルFETとの併用時に、センシティブな電子回路を過電圧過渡や電源障害から保護します。過電圧を感知すると、負荷から入力電源電圧への接続を迅速に切断して、損傷が発生しないよう設計されています。OVPを構成するのは、高精度の電圧リファレンス、ヒステリシスを持つコンパレータ、制御ロジック、MOSFETゲート・ドライバです。OVPは頑強なBiCMOSプロセスにのっとって設計され、最大30 Vの電圧過渡に対応することを意図しています。 製品への電源投入および/または内部バッテリの再充電をするための外部AC/DCアダプタやカー用品充電器があるアプリケーション向けに最適化されています。オプションの公称過電圧閾値は4.45または5.5 Vですが、VCC/IN/GNDピンの間の抵抗器ディバイダで上方向に調整できます。シングルセル・リチウムイオン・アプリケーションと、3/4セルNiCD/NiMHアプリケーションに適しています。
