Overview

NCx2007x シリーズのオペアンプはレール・ツー・レール出力動作、3 MHz 帯域幅で、シングル/デュアル/クワッド構成で提供します。レール・ツー・レール動作により、電源電圧範囲全体を最適に活用でき、3 MHz 帯域幅の利点を活かします。NCx2007x は、温度範囲 −40°C ～ 125°C で、2.7 V と低い電源電圧で動作します。2.7 V 電源、高帯域幅でのスルー・レートは 2.8 V/µs、チャネルあたりの静止電流消費はわずか 405 µA です。広電源範囲の NCx2007x は36 V の高電源電圧で動作するので、広範なアプリケーションに最適です。これは CMOS デバイスであるため、高い入力インピーダンスと低いバイアス電流により、さまざまな信号センサとのインタフェースに最適です。NCx2007x デバイスは、さまざまなコンパクト・パッケージで入手できます。車載認定バージョンにはプレフィックス NCV が付きます。
