Overview

NCV4274C は、高精度マイクロパワー電圧レギュレータで、出力電流機能 400 mA を DPAK パッケージで提供されます。出力電圧の精度は ±2.0% で、最大入力 40 V での最大ドロップアウト電圧は 0.5 V です。低静止電流が特徴で、負荷 1 mA のときに導出されるのはわずか 130 µA です。車載とすべてのバッテリ動作のマイクロプロセッサ機器に最適です。リバース・バッテリ状態、ショート状態、熱暴走状態から保護されています。ロード・ダンプ過渡に耐えられるため、 車載環境に適しています。
