Overview

NIS/NIV2161 は高速データ回線を ESD や車両バッテリへの短絡などの状況から保護します。このデバイスは、超低容量と低 ESD クランプ電圧により、電圧にセンシティブな高速データラインの保護に理想的なソリューションです。そして 低 RDS(on) FET によって信号ラインの歪みが制限されます。 フロースルー・スタイル・パッケージにより、USB や HDMI などの高速差動ライン間で一貫したインピーダンスを維持するために必要な PCB レイアウトとトレース長のマッチングを容易に実現できます。
