MC14174B HEX タイプ D フリップフロップは、シングル・モノリシック構造の MOS P/N チャネル・エンハンスメントモード・デバイスによって構築されています。セットアップ時間の要件を満たす D 入力のデータは、クロック・パルスのポジティブ・エッジで Q 出力に転送されます。6 個のフリップフロップはすべて、共通のクロックおよびリセット入力を共有します。リセットはアクティブ LOW であり、クロックからは独立しています。

  • Static Operation
  • All Inputs and Outputs Buffered
  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-Power TTL Loads or One Low-Power Schottky TTL Load over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Functional Equivalent to TTL 74174
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
