Overview

電源3 V系の高入力感度(20 mVrms@130 MHz) PLL周波数シンセサイザLSIである。LC72131とシリアルデータ(CCB)コンパチブル品で、高入力感度化とLSIのグランド系の見直しにより低不要輻射を要求される高性能FM/AMチューナを容易に構成できる。

・12種類選択可能(水晶振動子 : 4.5/7.2MHz)
