NXH80T120L2Q0 は、分岐 T タイプ中性点 (NPC) 3 レベル・インバータを含むパワー・インテグレーテッド・モジュールで、40 A/1200 V ハーフブリッジ・ダイオードを搭載した 80 A/1200 V ハーフブリッジ IGBT 2 つ、 50 A/600 V NPC ダイオードを搭載した 50 A/600 V NPC IGBT 2 つで構成されています。また、このモジュールにはオンボード・サーミスタも含まれています。
