Overview

NCP12700は、固定周波数、ピーク電流モードのPWMコントローラで、シングルエンド電源コンバータのトポロジを実装するのに必要な機能すべてが含まれています。高電圧スタートアップにより、幅広い入力範囲（9 – 120/200 V MSOP10/WQFN10）にわたって動作でき、最小でも20 mAを供給するのでシステム・スタートアップ時にVCCへ一時バイアスを供給します。 調整可能なソフトスタート、入力電圧UVLO保護、調整可能な過電力保護回路により、入力電圧が下がると回路全体の電源能力を制限するため、システムの温度設計がしやすくなります。UVLOピンにはシャットダウン・コンパレータもあるため、外部信号でスイッチングを無効化したりコントローラを低静止状態にしたりできます。

    - Overload Protection with 30 ms Overload Timer
    - NTC-Compatible Fault Interface for Thermal Protection
    - Output OVP Fault Interface
    - Fault Auto-recovery Mode with 1 s Auto-recovery Period
