Overview

NCP81155 は、小型 3 mm x 3 mm パッケージの高性能デュアル MOSFET ゲートドライバであり、降圧または降圧ブースト・アプリケーションでハイサイドとローサイドの両方のパワー MOSFET のゲートを駆動するように最適化されています。VCC UVLO は、電源電圧が低いときに MOSFET が確実にオフになるようにします。双方向のイネーブル・ピンは、UVLO フォルトが検出されたときに、コントローラにフォルト信号を提供します。
