VR12.5 同期降圧 MOSFET ドライバ

Overview

NCP81158 は、小型 3 mm x 3 mm パッケージの高性能デュアル MOSFET ゲート・ドライバであり、同期降圧コンバータでハイサイドとローサイドの両方のパワー MOSFET のゲートを駆動するように最適化されています。ドライバ出力は、トライステート PWM および EN 入力を介して高インピーダンス状態にできます。NCP81158 はブースト・ダイオード内蔵パッケージですので、外付け部品を最小限に抑えられます。VCC UVLO 機能により、電源電圧が低いときには出力が低いことが保証されます。
