Overview

NCV5701 シリーズは、高電流、高性能のスタンドアロン IGBT ドライバで、誘導加熱、溶接、ソーラー・インバータ、モータ制御、無停電電源を含むミディアム～ハイパワー・アプリケーション向きです。多くの外付け部品を不要にする、費用効率が高いソリューションです。 デバイス保護機能には、アクティブ・ミラー・クランプ (NCV5701A の場合)、正確な UVLO、 DESAT 保護、アクティブ低 FAULT 出力があります。正確な 5.0 V 出力 (すべてのバージョン) や、システム設計がしやすい high/low (VOH/VOL) 別ドライバ出力 (NCV5701C のみ) といった機能もあります。ドライバは、ユニポーラ・バイアス電源 (および NCV5701B のバイポーラ・バイアス電源) の幅広い電圧範囲に対応するように設計されています。すべてのバージョンは、8 ピン SOIC パッケージおよび AEC-Q100 認定で利用可能です。
