Overview

FPF2895V の特長は、28 V および 5 A 定格の電流制限負荷スイッチによる過電流保護 (OCP)、過電圧保護 (OVP)、逆電流阻止 (TRCB) でシステムを保護することです。WL-CSP で標準 27 mΩ の低オン抵抗により、入力電圧範囲 4 V ～ 22 V で動作できます。FPF2895V でサポートするのは、電流制限精度 ±10% で過電流範囲 500 mA ～ 2 A、電流制限精度 ±5% で過電流範囲 2 A～5 A、柔軟性のある動作 (選択可能な OVP、選択可能な ON 極性、選択可能な OCP 動作など、システム要件に従って最適化可能) です。FPF2895V は、24 バンプ、1.67 mm x 2.60 mm ウェーハレベル・チップスケール・パッケージ (WL-CSP)、0.4 mm ピッチで提供されます。
