Overview

NCV47823 は厳しい車載環境での使用に対応するように設計され、負荷インピーダンスに応じたデュアル・モード動作、ハイ・サイド・スイッチ (HSS) または定電流ソース (CCS) を実現しています。どちらの動作モードでも、外付け抵抗で電流制限をチャネル当たり最大 350 mA までセットアップできます。高ピーク入力電圧耐性、逆入力電圧保護、逆バイアス、過電流/過熱保護があります。統合入力センサ (各チャネルの CSO ピンに接続されている抵抗で調整可能) という特長により、診断機能とシステム保護機能が得られます。CSO ピン出力電流により、CSO 抵抗では各チャネルの出力電流に比例した電圧降下が発生します。OFF 状態での拡張保護機能もあり、専用の入力ピンと出力ピンで制御されます。
