Overview

74ALVC16244 は高性能な非反転 16 ビット・バッファです。1.8 V、2.5 V または 3.3 V の超高速で超低電力の動作向けに設計されています。 74ALVC16244 はニブル制御され、各ニブル同様に独立して機能しています。 制御ピンはフル 16 ビット動作を得るため繋げることができます。3 ステート出力は各ニブルの出力イネーブ (OEnbar) 入力により制御されています。(OEnbar) が LOW になると出力はオンになります。 (OEnbar) が HIGH になると、出力は高インピーダンス状態になります。

  • Latchup Performance Exceeds ± 250 mA @ 125 °C
  • ESD Performance: Human Body Model ≥ 2000 V; Machine Model ≥ 200 V
