Overview

NL27WZ06 は、1.65 ～ 5.5 V 電源で動作するオープン・ドレイン出力対応の高性能デュアル・インバータです。内部回路は、出力スイッチング・レベルを設定する機能を実現するオープン・ドレイン出力を含む、複数の段から成ります。 これにより、NL27WZ06 を使用して、回路から、外付け抵抗と電源を使用する VCC ～ 5.5 V の電圧の回路へ、1.65 から 5.5 V のインタフェースが可能です。電流駆動能力は出力で 24 mA です。
