Overview

MC14076B 4 ビット・レジスタは、共通のクロックから同期して動作する 4 つの D タイプ・フリップフロップで構成されています。OR ゲート出力無効入力は、バス編成システムで使用するために、出力を強制的に高インピーダンス状態にします。OR ゲート・データ無効入力により、Q 出力がフリップフロップの D 入力にフィードバックされます。したがって、クロッキング・プロセスが影響を受けないまま、状態の変更が禁止されます。非同期マスタ・ルートは、クロックまたはディスエーブル入力とは無関係に 4 つすべてのフリップフロップを同時にクリアするために提供されています。

  • Fully Independent Clock Allows Unrestricted Operation for the Two Modes: Parallel Load and Do Nothing
  • Asynchronous Master Reset
  • Four Bus Buffer Registers
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-Power TTL Loads or One Low-Power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
