Overview

MC74VHC573 は、3 ステート出力対応の、先進の高速 CMOS オクタル・ラッチであり、シリコンゲート CMOS 技術で製造されています。CMOS の低電力消費を維持したまま、同等のバイポーラ・ショットキー TTL と同じ高速動作を実現します。この 8 ビット D タイプ・ラッチは、ラッチ・イネーブル入力および出力イネーブル入力により制御されます。出力イネーブル入力が HIGH になると、8 つの出力は高インピーダンス状態になります。内部回路は、高ノイズ耐量と安定出力を実現するバッファ出力を含む、3 つの段から成ります。入力は最大 7V までの電圧に耐え、5V システムから 3V システムへのインタフェースが可能です。

  • High Speed: tPD = 4.5ns (Typ) at VCC = 5V
  • Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 4mA (Max) at TA = 25°C
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC
  • Power Down Protection Provided on Inputs
  • Balanced Propagation Delays
  • Designed for 2V to 5.5V Operating Range
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 1.2V (Max)
  • Pin and Function Compatible with Other Standard Logic Families
  • Latchup Performance Exceeds 300mA
  • ESD Performance: HBM > 2000V; Machine Model > 200V
  • Chip Complexity: 218 FETs or 54.5 Equivalent Gates
