Overview

NLSV4T3144は、4 ビットの構成可能な 2 電源バス・バッファ・レベル・トランスレータです。 入力 IN An および出力 OUT Bn ポートはそれぞれ 2 つの異なる電源レール VCCA と VCCB を追跡するように設計されています。 両方の電源レールは 0.9V 〜 4.5V で構成可能で、入力ポートから出力ポートへのユニバーサル低電圧変換が可能です。

  • SPI Bus Voltage Translation
  • VCCA and VCCB Operating Range: 0.9 V to 4.5 V
  • High-Speed w/ Balanced Propagation Delay
  • Inputs and Outputs have OVT Protection to 4.5 V
  • Non-preferential VCCA and VCCB Sequencing
  • Outputs at 3-State until Active VCCA and VCCB are reached
  • Power-Off Protection
  • Ultra-Small packaging: 1.7 mm x 2.0 mm UQFN-12
