安森美半导体完成收购Aptina Imaging,提供收购Aptina Imaging对第3季度业绩影响之指引   Japanese Korean

2014年8月19日 – 推动高能效创新的安森美半导体(ON Semiconductor,美国纳斯达克上市代号:ONNN)宣布已完成收购Aptina Imaging。收购Aptina Imaging的总代价款额约现金4亿美元,资金来自公司内部现金及现有循环信贷限额。
