Overview

CAV24C08 は EEPROM シリアル 8-Kb I2C - 車載グレードのデバイスで、ページあたり 16 バイト、64 ページで内部編成されています。このデバイスは Standard (100 kHz) と Fast (400 kHz) の両方の I2C プロトコルをサポートしています。データの書き込みは、開始アドレスを与え、1 ～ 16 の連続バイトをページ書き込みバッファに読み込んでから、1 回の内部書き込みサイクルで全データを不揮発性メモリに書き込みます。データの読み込みは、開始アドレスを与えてデータをシリアルでシフトアウトし、その間に内部アドレス・カウントを自動インクリメントします。外部アドレス・ピンにより、同じバスで CAV24C08 デバイスには 2 つまで対応できます。

  • CAV Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring Site and Change Control
  • Schmitt Triggers and Noise Suppression Filters on I2C Bus Inputs (SCL and SDA)
  • Low power CMOS Technology
  • 1,000,000 Program/Erase Cycles
  • 100 Year Data Retention
