Overview

MC74HC138AのピンアウトはLS138と同等です。入力は標準CMOS出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があればLSTTL出力に準拠します。HC138Aは3ビット・アドレスを8つのアクティブ低出力の1つにデコードします。チップ・セレクト入力3つ（アクティブ低2つとアクティブ高1つ）で、デマルチプレクシング、カスケーディング、チップ・セレクティングの機能が円滑になります。デマルチプレクシング機能は、アドレス入力を使用して目的のデバイス出力を選択することによって達成します。チップ・セレクトのうち1つがデータ入力として使用され、他のチップ・セレクトはアクティブ状態にホールドされます。

  • Output Drive Capability: 10 LSTTL Loads
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0 V
  • Low Input Current: 1.0 mA
  • High Noise Immunity Characteristic of CMOS Devices
  • In Compliance with the Requirements Defined by JEDEC Standard No. 7A
  • Chip Complexity: 100 FETs or 29 Equivalent Gates
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available*
