Overview

MC74HC151 のピンアウトは LS151 と同等です。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。このデバイスは 8 つのバイナリ・データ入力のうちアドレス入力で決定される 1 つを選択します。選択したデータのストローブ・ピンは出力で現れるため低レベルにする必要があります。ストローブが高い場合、Y 出力は強制的に低レベルになり、Y bar 出力は強制的に高レベルになります。HC151 は 3 ステート出力がある HC251 と機能的に似ています。
