Overview

MC74HC238A のピンアウトは LS238 と同等です。入力は標準 CMOS 出力に準拠、プルアップ抵抗器があれば LSTTL 出力に準拠します。HC238A は 3 ビット・アドレスを 8 つのアクティブ HIGH 出力の 1 つにデコードします。チップ・セレクト入力 3 つ (アクティブ LOW 2 つとアクティブ HIGH 1 つ) で、デマルチプレクシング、カスケーディング、チップ・セレクティングの機能が円滑になります。デマルチプレクシング機能は、アドレス入力を使用して目的のデバイス出力を選択することによって達成します。チップ・セレクトのうち 1 つがデータ入力として使用され、他のチップ・セレクトはアクティブ状態にホールドされます。
