Overview

MC74LCXU04 は、2.3 〜 3.6 V 電源で動作する高性能バッファなし HEX インバータです。高インピーダンス TTL 対応入力は入力ドライバに負荷がかかる電流を著しく低減し、TTL 対応出力はスイッチング・ノイズ性能を向上させます。5.5 V の VI 仕様により MC74LCXU04 入力を 5 V デバイスで安全に駆動することができます。
