Overview

NB3N401S は、3.3 V 電源のクワッド・マルチポイント低電圧差動信号 (M-LVDS) ラインドライバおよびレシーバです。デバイスは TIA/EIA−899 準拠です。このデバイスは、タイプ 1 のレシーバ閾値を 0.0 V で、タイプ 2 のレシーバ閾値を 0.1 V で提供します。NB3N401S は、4 つの独立した半二重バス構成をサポートしています。4 つのセクションのそれぞれには、タイプ 1 およびタイプ 2 のレシーバを選択するためのピン (SEL) があり、コモン・モード電圧範囲 −1 V ～ 3.4 V でわずか 50 mV の差動入力電圧でバス状態を検出します。タイプ 1 レシーバのしきい値はほぼゼロ (±50 mV) で、ゆっくりと変化する信号や入力損失に伴う出力発振を防ぐため、25 mV の差動入力電圧ヒステリシスを示します。タイプ 2 レシーバは、回路が開いている、バスが待機状態であるなどの故障状態において、検知可能な電圧を提供するためのオフセット閾値を持ちます。NB3N401S は 48 ピンの 7 mm x 7 mm x 0.9 mm QFN パッケージで提供されます。

  • Operating Range: VCC = 3.3 V ±0.3 V (3.0 to 3.6 V), Operating Temperature from –40°C to 85°C
  • Enhanced ESD Protection: 7 kV HBM on all the Pins
  • These are Pb-Free Devices
