Overview

NB7NPQ7042M は、5 Gbps と 10 Gbps の両方のデータ・レートをサポートする、USB 3.1 Gen 1 および USB 3.1 Gen 2 アプリケーションに適した 3.3 V クワッドチャネル / デュアルポート・リニア・リドライバです。シグナル・インテグリティは、PCBトレース、伝送ケーブル、シンボル間干渉 (ISI) より劣ります。NB7NPQ7042M は、入力レシーバでさまざまなレベルのイコライゼーションを行い、出力トランスミッタでフラット・ゲイン増幅を行うことにより、これらの損失を補償します。フラット・ゲインとイコライゼーションは、4 つのレベル制御ピンによって制御されます。各チャネルには、信号の最適化を可能にする一連の独立した制御ピンがあります。電源投入後、NB7NPQ7042M は、レシーバ接続のために、各ポートの両方の TX 出力ペアを定期的にチェックします。レシーバが両方のチャネルで検出されると、RX ターミネーションが該当するポートで有効になり、リドライバ機能を実行するように設定されます。そのポートは、両方の TX 出力が 50 Ω 終端を検出するとアクティブになり、NB7NPQ7042M はリドライバ機能を実行するように設定されます。ポート AB (チャネル A および B) とポート CD (チャネル C および D) は、互いに独立しています。 NB7NPQ7042M は、3.1 x 4.3 mm の小型 X2QFN34 パッケージで提供され、-40°C 〜 85°C の工業用温度範囲全体で動作するように設計されています。
