Overview

NCP1521B ステップダウン DC-DC コンバータは、1 セル・リチウムイオン・バッテリまたは 3 セル・アルカリ / NiCd / NiMH バッテリを電源とするポータブル・アプリケーション向きに最適化されています。このパーツは、0.9 V から 3.3 V の範囲まで調整可能な出力電圧バージョンで提供されます。同期整合を使用して、効率を上げ、外部パーツの数を減らします。1.5 MHz (公称) 発振器も組み込んでおり、より小型のインダクタやキャパシタが可能になるため、コンポーネント・サイズが縮小します。自動スイッチングPWM/PFMモードでシステムの効率性が向上します。内蔵のソフトスタート、サイクル単位の電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン保護の機能もあります。NCP1521B は、省スペースでロープロファイルの TSOP5 および UDFN6 パッケージで提供されます。
