Overview

NCP512 固定出力低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア電圧レギュレータは、低静止電流を必要とするハンドヘルド型通信機器や携帯用電池で駆動するアプリケーション向けに設計されています。NCP512 は 40 µA の超低静止電流を特徴とします。デバイスはそれぞれ、電圧リファレンス・ユニット、エラー・アンプ、PMOS パワートランジスタ、出力電圧設定用抵抗、電流制限、温度制限保護回路を搭載しています。NCP512 は、低コストのセラミック・キャパシタとともに使用するよう設計されています。この LDO は、超小型 SC70-5 表面実装パッケージで提供されます。標準電圧バージョンは、1.3、1.5、1.8、2.2、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.1、3.3、5.0 V です。他の電圧は 100 mV ステップで使用できます。
