Overview

NCP81178 は、特にアクティブ・クランプ・フォワードまたはフライバック、非対称ハーフブリッジ・コンバータ向けの絶縁型電力コンバータ向けに設計されたセカンダリ側同期レクティファイヤ・ドライバです。NCP81178 は、セカンダリ側の 2 つの N チャネル MOSFET を補完的に駆動します。主電源トランスフォーマのセカンダリ巻線または補助巻線から得られる PWM 信号を受け入れます。また、パルス・トランスフォーマまたは他のアイソレータを介して、プライマリ側コントローラから PWM を取ることもできます。
