Overview

低ドロップアウト (LDO) リニア電圧レギュレータ LM317 は、調整可能な 3 端子の LDO 正電圧レギュレータで、出力電圧範囲 1.2 V ～ 37 V で 1.5 A を超えて供給できます。非常に使いやすく、出力電圧を設定するのに必要な外部抵抗器は 2 つだけです。さらに、内部電流制限、サーマル・シャットダウン、安全領域補償を採用しているため、実質的にブローアウト・プルーフです。LM317 は、ローカルのオンカード・レギュレーションを含む広範なアプリケーションに対応します。プログラム可能な出力レギュレータの作製にも使用できます。調整と出力との間を固定抵抗器で接続すれば、LM317 は高精度電流レギュレータとして使用できます。
