Overview

NCV4299A は、出力電圧 5.0 V または 3.3 V で利用可能な 150 mA の高精度マイクロパワー電圧レギュレータです。14 リード SOIC (ヒューズ付き) および TSSOP-14 EPAD パッケージで提供されます。 出力電圧の精度は ±2% で、5.0 V バージョンの 100 mA での最大ドロップアウト電圧は 0.5 V です。 NCV4299A は、100 µA の負荷でわずか 65 µA の低静止電流を備えています。このデバイスは、調整可能なリセット出力と調整可能なシステム・モニタを備え、シャットダウンの早期警告を提供します。 デバイスの電源をオフにして、1.0 µA 未満の静止電流消費になる抑止機能があります。
