Overview

NCV7751 は、車載グレード 12 チャネル・ローサイド・ドライバで、チャネルごとの駆動能力は最大 600 mA です。出力制御は SPI 通信経由で、オープン・ロード (接地短絡) /過負荷/過熱状態による障害をレポートします。さらに、すべてのドライバには、誘導負荷用の出力クランプが統合されています。NCV7751 は、最適な熱性能を得るために SSOP-24 エクスポーズド・パッド・パッケージで提供されます。
