Overview

MC74HCT366A のピンアウトは LS366 と同等です。デバイスの入力は標準の CMOS 出力または LSTTL 出力に対応します。このデバイスは高速 HEX バッファで、3 ステート出力と 2 つのコモン・アクティブ低出力イネーブルを備えています。どちらかのイネーブルが HIGH になると、バッファ出力は高インピーダンス状態になります。HCT366A には反転出力があります。

  • Chip Complexity: 90 FETs or 22.5 Equivalent Gates
