Overview

The demo board supports the Bias Rail LDO regulator NCP133 in XDFN6 1.2 x 1.2 mm package with Output Voltage 0.9 V and Bias Voltage in range from 2.4 V up to 5.5 V. It is a 500 mA very low dropout device equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage rail. The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCP133 features low IQ consumption. The device is available with or without active discharge feature.

  • Stable with a 2,2 uF Ceramic Capacitor
  • Available in XDFN6 1,2 mm x 1,2 mm x 0,4 mm Package
  • This is a Pb-Free Device
