Bias Rail LDO Regulator Demo Board

Overview

The demo board supports the Bias Rail LDO regulator NCP137 in WLCSP6 1.2 x 0.8 mm package
with Output Voltage 1.05 V and Bias Voltage in range from 2.5 V up to 5.5 V. It is a 700 mA very
low dropout device equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage rail.
The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space
constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated
portable applications, the NCP137 features low IQ consumption.
The device is available with or without active discharge feature.
