NCV8130BMX120TCG Bias Rail LDO Regulator Demo Board

Overview

The demo board supports the Bias Rail LDO regulator NCV8130 in XDFN6 1.2 x 1.2 mm package with Output Voltage 1.2 V and Bias Voltage in range from 2.4 V up to 5.5 V. It is a 300 mA very low dropout device equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage rail. The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCV8130 features low IQ consumption.
