Overview

この新シリーズのデジタル・トランジスタは、単一のデバイスとその外付け抵抗バイアス・ネットワークを置き換えるように設計されています。BRT (バイアス抵抗トランジスタ) には、2 つの抵抗、直列ベース・トランジスタ、ベースエミッタ・トランジスタで構成されるモノリシック・バイアス・ネットワークを備えたシングル・トランジスタが含まれます。BRT は、これらのコンポーネントを 1 つのデバイスに統合して、個々のコンポーネントを省きます。BRT を使用することで、システム・コストと基板スペースの両方を削減できます。低電力表面実装アプリケーション向けに設計された SC-59 パッケージで提供されます。

The SC-59 package can be soldered using wave or reflow. The modified gull-winged leads absorb thermal stress during soldering eliminating the possibility of damage to the die.
Available in 8 mm embossed tape and reel. Use the Device Number to order the 7 inch/3000 unit reel.
