Overview

BRT (バイアス抵抗トランジスタ) には、2 つの抵抗、直列ベース・トランジスタ、ベースエミッタ・トランジスタで構成されるモノリシック・バイアス・ネットワークを備えたシングル・トランジスタが含まれます。これらのデジタル・トランジスタは、単一のデバイスとその外付け抵抗バイアス・ネットワークを置き換えるように設計されています。BRT は、これらのコンポーネントを 1 つのデバイスに統合して、個々のコンポーネントを省きます。UMC2NT1 シリーズでは、2 つの BRT デバイスが SOT-353 パッケージに収容されており、基板スペースの節約が重要な低電力表面実装アプリケーションに最適です。
