Overview

ESD7002 過度電圧サプレッサは高速データ回線を ESD から保護します。このデバイスは、超低容量と低 ESD クランプ電圧により、電圧にセンシティブな高速データラインの保護に理想的なソリューションです。フロースルースタイルのパッケージにより、USB 3.0 や HDMI などの高速差動ライン間で一貫したインピーダンスを維持するために必要な、PCBレイアウトとトレース長のマッチングを容易に実現できます。
